    國(guó)家中低壓輸配電設(shè)備質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)中心總投資3.3億元，占地面積 60畝，建筑面積34500平方米，擁有一臺(tái)3500MVA的沖擊發(fā)電機(jī)，3個(gè)110kV變電站，短路實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)芰_(dá)到12kV，65kA,1s；450V,280kA,0.2s，是華南及東南亞地區(qū)第一個(gè)具備高、中、低壓電器檢測(cè)和科研基地。

國(guó)家中心的資質(zhì)

    CNCE 是經(jīng)中國(guó)合格評(píng)定國(guó)家實(shí)驗(yàn)室認(rèn)可委員會(huì)(CNAS)認(rèn)可的高低壓電器實(shí)驗(yàn)室，是國(guó)際電工委員會(huì) IECEE-CB實(shí)驗(yàn)室，是國(guó)家認(rèn)證認(rèn)可監(jiān)督管理委員會(huì)授權(quán)的“CCC”認(rèn)證檢驗(yàn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室，也是中國(guó)質(zhì)量認(rèn)證中心(CQC) 簽約的“CCC”認(rèn)證檢驗(yàn)和電能(北京)產(chǎn)品認(rèn)證中心有限公司（PCCC）自愿認(rèn)證檢驗(yàn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室，并承擔(dān)廣東省高壓輸配電設(shè)備質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)站的檢測(cè)工作，檢驗(yàn)?zāi)芰Φ玫胶商mKEMA 、英國(guó)ASTA、國(guó)家電網(wǎng)、南方電網(wǎng)、中國(guó)核電、中廣核、中國(guó)船級(jí)社、中國(guó)鐵路認(rèn)證中心的認(rèn)可。 在本中心檢驗(yàn)的產(chǎn)品根據(jù)客戶(hù)的需要，可出具CCC、CQC、節(jié)能、電能(PCCC)認(rèn)證檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告、CB、CE證書(shū)，國(guó)外荷蘭KEMA、英國(guó)ASTA、德國(guó)VDE、巴西UCIEE認(rèn)證的檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告，使客戶(hù)享受到一次檢驗(yàn)，全球通用好處。

國(guó)家中心目前的業(yè)務(wù)范圍：

A、330kV及以下的電力變壓器、互感器

B、35kV及以下的開(kāi)關(guān)柜、斷路器、隔離開(kāi)關(guān)等

C.低壓成套開(kāi)關(guān)設(shè)備(包括配電柜、母線(xiàn)槽、配電箱、分線(xiàn)箱)。

D.開(kāi)關(guān)和控制設(shè)備(包括低壓斷路器、低壓開(kāi)關(guān)、隔離器、隔離開(kāi)關(guān)及熔斷器組合電器、接觸器、起動(dòng)器、斷電器、控制電器和開(kāi)關(guān)元件、接線(xiàn)端子等)、 電纜橋架。

E、整機(jī)保護(hù)設(shè)備(包括漏電開(kāi)關(guān)、小型斷路器、移動(dòng)式漏電保護(hù)器等)。

主要業(yè)務(wù)類(lèi)型包括：

A、承擔(dān)"CCC"認(rèn)證檢驗(yàn)及"CCC"認(rèn)證監(jiān)督抽樣檢驗(yàn)。

B、承擔(dān)國(guó)家質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)總局和廣東省質(zhì)量技術(shù)監(jiān)督局安排的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量監(jiān)督抽查檢驗(yàn)。

C、承擔(dān)CQC等認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)安排的自愿認(rèn)證檢驗(yàn)。

China National Quality Supervision and Te sting Center

for Mid- low Voltage Transmission and Distribution Equipment< /span>

Overview of CNCE:

With total investment of 330million RMB, China Nati onal Quality Supervision and Testing Center for Mid -low Voltage Transmission and Distribution Equipment  (abbr. CNCE), covers an area of 60 Mu, and&nbs p;the building area is 34500 square meter, With&nbs p;a 3500MVA impact generator, three 110kV substation,&nb sp;Short-  circuit test ability  reaches  up to 12k V/65kA,1s and 450V/280kA,0.2s. It’ s the first testing and research base of high,  medium and low voltage electrical apparatus in South C hina and Southeast Asia。

Qualification of CNCE:

CNCE is accredited by the China National Accreditat ion Services for Conformity Assessment(CNAS)   as a high and low- voltage electrical apparatus laboratory。  It’ s an international electrical commission IECEE CB- laboratory, and it’ s also a "CCC" certification testing laboratory aut horized by the Certification and Accreditation administr ation of the People’ s Republic of China, a contractual "CCC" cer tification testing laboratory with  China Quality C ertification Center (CQC)  and voluntary certification testing laboratory of  Power(Beijing)  Product Certification Centre Co., Ltd. CNCE is&nbs p;also executing the testing work of Guangdong Test ing Station of Product Quality Supervision for high - voltage transmission and distribution equipment. Testing  ;capability of CNCE is accredited by KEMA in H olland, ASTA in England, State Grid,   Chin a Southern Power Grid, China Nuclear  Power, China Classification Society, China Railway  ;Certification Center.  According to the customer's  ;needs, the product tested by CNCE can be gran ted CCC,CQC, energy conservation, PCCC certification tes t report and CB,CE certificate, and foreign Netherl ands KEMA, Britain ASTA, Germany VDE, Brazil UCIEE& nbsp;certification test reports. The clients will benefit from  “one test for global market”.

CNCE’s present business scope:

A. Power transformers and instrument transformers with&n bsp;rated voltage 330kV and under.

B. High- voltage switchgear, circuit breaker, disconnectors etc.  with rated voltage 35kV and under.

C. Low- voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies. (includes power distribution cabinets, busways, distribution& nbsp;boards, cable distribution cabinets).

D. Switchgear and controlgear.(includes low- voltage circuit-breakers, low- voltage switches, disconnectors, switch- disconnectors and fuse- combination units, contactors, starters, relays, control  ;circuit devices and switching elements, terminals and&n bsp;etc), cable bridge.   

E. Installation Protective Equipment  (includes RCCB, RCBO, PRCD,MCB and etc).

F. Insulator, cable accessories.

G. The integrated relay protection device.

H. Power capacitor.

Testing Capacity:

A. Short- circuit test capacity: 12kV/65kA,1s; 450V/280kA,0.2s 

B. Short- time withstand current: 450V/200kA,1s； 450V/120kA,4s；

C. Power frequency withstand voltage： 600kV. lightning impulse voltage:2400kV

D. The maximum temperature- rise test capacity: 25 kA

E. Capacitive current: 35kV and under, Back-to- back 630A

Primary business scope include:

A. Undertake CCC certificate testing and CCC superv ision testing.

B. Undertake product quality supervision and  spot& nbsp;check test arranged by General Administration of&nb sp;Quality Supervision, Inspection of the People’ s Republic of China and Administration of Quality&n bsp;and Technology Supervision of Guangdong Province.

C. Undertake voluntary certification testing arranged by  CQC and other certification body.

D. Undertake CB,CE testing entrusted by the clients  and other  entrusted inspection, arbitration test.

E. Take the energy- saving product certification test.

F. Product receiving inspection of the Power Grid.

G. Entrusted test by Classification Society.
