通斷時間面積法供熱計量系統主要基于了我國行業標準《供熱計量技術規程》JGJ173-2009中的通斷時間面積法原理、在供熱系統中的可變壓力變流量控制原理、智能控制技術中的模糊PID控制原理以及物聯網技術中的無線組網技術原理等四種技術原理。其中前兩者是能源技術領域的技術原理、第三個原理是控制技術領域的技術原理、最后一個原理是通訊系統領域的技術原理。因此，該系統的開發集合了多學科的技術，使得系統的功能更為優越。

系統結構

        通斷時間面積法供熱計量系統具有供熱用戶的熱量功能、系統的調控功能，同時融合物聯網現代化網絡技術，實現計量和節能調控融為一體的現代化能源管理系統。

        通斷時間面積法供熱計量系統主要包括供熱計量系統、管網節能調控制系統、上位機管理系統。

        通斷時間面積法供熱計量系統中主要包括無線溫控器或有線溫控器、通斷時間調節閥、樓棟數據采集器、樓棟熱量表、樓棟動態壓差平衡閥以及電源適配器等產品。

●無線溫控器或有線溫控器是用于測量室溫與設定室內溫度；

●通斷時間調節閥根據溫控器的溫度變化指令調節用戶入戶管道上的閥門開關，以實現溫度控制功能；

●由于通斷時間調節閥開度檔位可調，因此可以根據用戶的塑粉水力系統進行樓層之間的平衡調節；

●樓棟數據采集器以一定周期輪循訪問戶外通斷時間調節閥、樓棟熱量表，并采集計時通斷時間調節閥上的工作時間和樓棟熱量表上的工作能耗；

●樓棟熱量表時時采集整幢樓的熱量數據，并上傳到數據采集器；

●樓棟動態壓差平衡閥調節樓與樓之間的水力平衡；

●將各棟樓的數據采集器的累計能耗記錄分時上傳至中央計算機服務站；

●中央計算機服務站設有遠程訪問中心，不同權限用戶亦可通過Web頁面或手機網絡等方式查詢實時使用情況。

      Bejing Yidu Instrument and Meters Setting Plant is a joint—stock enterprise with allintegral set of service combining development，production and after service.
